Shipping

At kitobjects, every piece is made to order. They will be shipped at the end of that month after an order is placed.

Once your item is printed, finished, and packed, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.

We provide free shipping to West Malaysia & Singapore. We currently do not ship to East Malaysia yet, as we are working on the shipping rates, but it will be available soon!

 

Return Policy

At kitobjects, each piece is made with care and intention. They are 3d-printed to order, which means once it’s printed, it’s yours. While we do not accept returns and refund, we do offer replacement under specific circumstances to ensure you have a positive experience with us.

1. No Refunds

Due to the made-to-order and delicate nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns and refunds. Please choose your items carefully before placing an order.

2. Replacement

We offer replacements in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or broken

  • The wrong item was sent

If any of these apply, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging (if damaged)

Once we review and approve your request, a replacement will be processed.

3. Non-Replaceable Situations

Replacements will not be granted for:

  • Minor variations or surface quirks due to the nature of 3D printing 

  • Change of mind
